Fabian Arnold studied biochemistry at the University of Zurich, where he obtained his PhD in 2018. In his research he worked on the biochemistry and structural biology of siderophore transport in Bacteria. He has expertise in the field of protein biochemistry, structural biology (in particular X-ray crystallography) and NGS. Since 2018 he joined the pathology department of the University Hospital of Zurich, where he is responsible for the clinical operations in the laboratory of molecular tumor profiling (MTP), as well as functioning as a supporting role for the laboratory for functional precision oncology (FTP).
